Luis is a full time, bilingual resident and owner at Isabela Beach Court (IBC), that yearns for a modern, friendly and open community at IBC.
Leveraging over a decades worth of experience leading large, multi-faceted projects and teams for fortune 500 companies, Luis is the perfect candidate for the Presidential position on the board.
Luis was born in NJ, with parents born in PR, and has been between PR and the mainland US since infancy.
This has allowed him to build a valuable connection to both the PR culture and lifestyle as well as the same of the US mainland.
Using this connection, Luis has a unique perspective that allows for an organic relationship with all residents at IBC.
Goals
- Improve response and resolution time of issues and general communication
- Build a friendlier relationship between the board, residents, administration, maintenance teams and external contractors
- Modernize Technology (gate entry, security phone, gym, ...)
- Drive board to optimize processes and make decisions regularly (each meeting should result in action being taken)
